Complete the COVID-19 screening every day you are on campus
Complete the screening
- For your safety and that others, all students are required to complete a Campus COVID-19 Entry Screening using the SMC GO app every day they are on-campus.
- Login to take the screening by tapping on the white box above. Enter your SMC username and password.
Show your entry pass
- Students may be asked to show their Entry Screening results prior to entering an SMC facility, including classrooms.
- You will get your entry pass once you complete the Campus COVID-19 Entry Screening.
- If you do not have a smartphone with you, go to the location you have been pre-approved to visit, and a paper copy of the Entry Screening form will be provided.
Contact Health Center if positive
- All SMC students and personnel who test positive for COVID-19 or suspect they were exposed to COVID-19 should contact the SMC Health Center at 310-434-4262 or email healthcenter@smc.edu for assistance and direction.
