- You have had a close contact exposure (CCE) within the last 14 days.
- You have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- You have received another vaccine within the last 14 days.
- You received passive antibody therapy in the last 90 days.
- You have a history of a severe allergic reaction to any vaccine or medication.
- You have a history of dermal fillers.
- You have received a COVID-19 vaccine at another location.
On the day of your scheduled vaccination...
